Contract for Monthly Service of Spilt Type Air Conditioners

Our management is uniquely qualified to oversee our entire field operation ensuring your project is completed on time and on budget every time.

20 Points Check List:
Following shall be carried out on monthly basis by our qualified technicians.

  1. Check system for proper refrigerant charge.
  2. Check compressor and fan amps.
  3. Check and clean condenser coil.
  4. Check capacitors.
  5. Check contactor points.
  6. Brush electrical cabinet.
  7. Check all caps and valves for seals and/or proper snug fit.
  8. Check thermostat operation and mounting.
  9. Check blower amps.
  10. Check heals strip amps, circuit components and safeties.
  11. Check/evaluate evaporator coil for buildup.
  12. Check blower wheel for buildup.
  13. Check all electrical connections and wires.
  14. Change/wash filter.
  15. Check temperature splits.
  16. Lubricate all moving parts where applicable.
  17. Flush and vacuum drain line/pan and evaluate drainage.
  18. Check floats switch operation.
  19. Clean equipment exterior.
  20. Check final performance and report necessary improvements.

Includes the entire above plus these additional services will be carried out on monthly basis by our technical staff.

  •  Check system for proper refrigerant charge.

  • Clean vegetation, etc. from outdoor unit.
  • Check and clean condenser fan.
  • Check crankcase heater.
  • Check capacitors.
  • Check contactor points.
  • Check reversing valve operation.
  • Brush out electrical cabinet.
  • Check for excessive vibration.
  • Check condenser level.
  • Check safety controls where applicable. 
  • Check all caps and valves for seals and/or proper snug fit.
  • Check thermostat operation and mounting.
  • Check blower amps. 
  • Check heat strip amps, circuit components and safeties.
  • Check/evaluate evaporator coil for buildup.
  • Check blower wheel for buildup.
  • Check all electrical connections and wires.
  • Change/wash filter. 
  • Check temperature splits.
  • Lubricate all moving part where applicable.
  • Flush and vacuum drain line/pan and evaluate drainage.
  • Check floats switch operation.
  • Clean equipment exterior.
  • Clean/dust return air grills.
  • Treat AH/evaporation coil/case coil and plenum with Micro-Ban.
  • Check for air leaks at plenum.
  •  Check final performance and report necessary improvements.

Contract Rates of Air Conditioners on monthly basis:

  • 01 To 10 Split Units                       @ Rs. 625
  • 11 To 20 Split units                        @ Rs. 600
  • 21 To 30 Split units                        @ Rs. 575
  • 31 To 40 Split units                        @ Rs. 550
  • 41 To 50 Split units                        @ Rs. 500

60 Days basis:

PLATINUM PACKAGE (20+ Points Check)
Contract Rates of Air Conditioners On monthly basis:

  • 01 To 10 Split Units                       @ Rs. 650
  • 11 To 20 Split units                        @ Rs. 625
  • 21 To 30 Split units                        @ Rs. 600
  • 31 To 40 Split units                        @ Rs. 575
  • 41 To 50 Split units                        @ Rs. 550
 
  • Complain Charges on Monthly service agreement are FREE.
  • Rate for any other service are given in the tariff.

Terms and Conditions:

  1. This contract period shall commence from-------, 2011 to -------, 2012.

  2. Any minor repair/adjustment shall be made at site by the service team; any major repairs/replacement of parts shall be done at extra cost.

  3. Any malfunctioning of parts/equipments shall be reported to you by the team In charge followed by the written confirmation from the office.

  4. Any repairs/replacement of the parts, charging of gas and oil carried out by us after your approval and confirmation in written with the extra cost of material parts and transportation etc.

  5. In case, service of any month in no carried out due to unavoidable circumstances than service in lieu shall be carried out.

  6. On monthly service basis our service team will visit the site every month for service and inspection and on 60 days basis the visit will every 60 days.

  7. Any emergency call shall be charged FREE if calls made are below 5 in a specific location for the given month or they will be charged at Rs 200 per call.

  8. The contract signed in, is not alterable by either party without the confirmation of the both in written.

  9. When in our service department opinion, special repair work is required in our workshop because normal filed repair and parts cannot keep the machine/s in satisfactory operating condition. Our service engineer will submit a cost estimate the total cost of the work (including all replaced parts and labor) will be in addition to the service contract charges.

  10. We shall not be responsible for failure to render service due to strikes, riots, fire, and cause beyond our control.

  11. Special van facility is available by Arctic Ice to carry the a/c unit.

  12. Monthly service will be conducted on first of each month if strike, public holiday or any other even held on the given day will cause us to perform the service on the following day. Sunday is a holiday.
